Investors are always looking to buy for pennies on the dollar. We have been encouraging real estate buyers and investors for more than a year now that there are truly amazing real estate opportunities available in Beaufort's best areas for pennies on the dollar.

Homes are available in Islands of Beaufort from the mid-$400,000 range, up to $894,000, for a 5-bedroom home on the waterfront. Homes on Anchorage Drive have sold in recent years in the $900,000 to $1 million range.
